This package contains the following plugins for the video disc recorder
VDR:
- cutalot (only SUSE >= 10.2)
- lcdproc
- epgsearch (only SUSE >= 10.3)

- xine (additional to the SUSE version, this one can be used over the network)
- streamdev-server
- streamdev-client
Edit /etc/sysconfig/vdr to activate the plugins.

The JDesktop Integration Components (JDIC) project aims to make Java
technology-based applications ("Java applications") first-class
citizens of current desktop platforms without sacrificing platform
independence. Its mission is to enable seamless desktop/Java
integration.
JDIC provides Java applications with access to functionalities and
facilities provided by the native desktop. It consists of a
collection of Java packages and tools.
AikSaurus is a GPL'd thesaurus library for C++. It returns many results,
separated by part-of-speech information. The library itself has no particular
GUI, and it can be used with any interface you'd like to create for it.
