KBib is a bibliography reference manager for KDE. It uses BibTex as its native file format. It can search and download references from Z39.50 servers, SRU servers, Pubmed server, IEEEXplore, and ISI Web of Knowledge. It can download references from a remote reference database (opened with Konqueror or Firefox), such as IEEEXplore, ScienceDirect (RIS format), Web of Science (ISI format), and Google Scholar (RIS and Endnote formats).
